About The Cook Girl

The Cook Girl is a blog that was born in 2017 between coffee and talks. I started sharing what I liked the most, and that, was cooking.
Between recipes it occurred to me to share my experience while I visit different restaurants, coffee shops and such. In that moment I started writing reviews.
In the mean time I studied Culinary Arts in “Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía” and in 2019 I graduated.
The Cook Girl is not just sharing recipes or visits to restaurants, it’s sharing a good time with friends or family, eating something that makes us feel happy, it’s getting to know more cultures and learn a little bit more every day.

If you want to contact me you can send me a message at thecookgirl@gmail.com.

I hope you enjoy the journey with me!

Easy recipes

My love for gastronomy started since I was a little girl. My family has a great passion for cooking. Even to the day we share recipes, I see it as a way to keep us close.
For that love that I have for food is why I chose to study Culinary Arts, today I make a living of this beautiful form of art and that’s why I want to share with you the pleasure that cooking entails, because it’s not only nice to have a delicious meal but also to enjoy the process of elaboration and choosing the ingredients to make it.
I will share easy recipes to make at home to share with the ones you love
or just to have a nice time with yourself.
I invite you to cook with me, to reinvent old recipes or to make them as
they taught us.

Restaurants in Buenos Aires

If you are planning to come to Argentina I would like to show you my favourite restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries that I enjoy. I want to tell you a little bit about trends and classics here in Buenos Aires.
I always enjoyed the variety of choices that this city has to offer: the big quantity of immigrants that we received over the years gives you a chance to try new dishes from all over the world. Also, we absolutely love local food.
Pastry is a big deal here in Buenos Aires, so I want to share with you my absolute
favourites from classic european style to a more local type of sweets.
Sweet, salty, savoury there is a little bit of everything for every taste, Let’s go!

P.S: If you have any questions about coming to Buenos Aires, feel free
to ask for recommendations, I would love to help you in any way I can!
